Description:  

This project involved the supply and installation of the roofing and external cladding system to this entire multi-use building on two levels including curved and mitered welded sheets and curved 3mm aluminium capping with insulated gutters.   This product involved using the following products:  

• Rigidal 0.9 gauge aluminium standing seam sheeting

• Rigidal 0.7 gauge white enamel liner sheeting

• Rockwool 200mm insulation

• Robinhood Metal Pressings Insulated Gutters

• Robinhood Metal Pressings PVC Outlets to valley gutters

• Kingspan MR Architectural composite wall cladding

• Flat Roof waterproofing Trocal Type S 1.5 membrane on 1000mm Kingspan TR26 insulation on DSPE Vapour Check on Tegral 32 x 0.7 gauge metal deck.

Description:

This project was a refurbishment of the existing Built Up Roofing System that was in very bad need of repair. The project involved stripping out large sections of the existing roof waterproofing system and leaving ready for new waterproofing system. This product involved using the following products:

• Paralon ARD/HS cap sheet fully torch bonded

• Paralon Top S 3mm torch bonded underlay

• 100mm insulation with a 12mm fibre board fully bonded with hot bitumin

• Top N Vapour Barrier torch bonded to existing primed and prepared deck

• Inper Italia angle drain outlets

• 0.7 lead counter flashings
