Description:

This project was stripped of the existing slated roof and walls including timber battens and sarking felt, down to the existing roof and wall rafters. All materials were disposed of by licensed contractors. New single ply roof membrane on 100mm insulation on vapour barrier on new 18mm plywood fixed to existing rafters installed by Costello Roofing including composite panel to walls This product involved using the following products:

• 40mm profiled Trocal metal standing seam

• Trocal Type S 1.5 single PVC roofing membrane

• Kingspan TR26 100mm insulation

• Trocal DSPE vapour barrier

• 18mm WBP plywood

• Kingspan MR 80mm architectural wall panels

• Highline gutters and downpipes

• Velux rooflights

St. Annes School & Church, Tallaght – Roof Upgrade

Description:

This project was an existing school and church, then had to be stripped of their existing Asbestoes Type Slate Roofing System. All the slates were palleted in large reinforced boxes, double wrapped and sealed for collection and disposed of by licensed contractor. The rest of the roofing materials was stripped off the existing 25mm battened and sarking felt and disposed of in a proper manor. This project involved the supply and installation of new tile effect single skin Nordman 0.7 gauge roof sheeting on New 50 x 50mm treated timber battens on new breather membrane This product involved using the following products:

• Nordman Single Skin Sheeting

• 50mm treated timber battens

• Breather membrane

• Rockwool 200mm insulation

• 100mm PVC gutters and downpipes

Description:

This project involved removing the existing double skin Asbestoes Type roof sheeting, rooflights and insulation and disposing of all materials through a licensed contractor. We also removed the existing suspended ceilings. New roofing system of composite panels was used to replace the existing roofing system. This product involved using the following products:

• Kingspan Kingzip 500 composite roofing panel

• Kingspan highline gutters and downpipes

• New suspended insulated ceiling system
